Company Profile:

Our client operates through two distinct U.S. companies. The first specializes in selling ink and toner across various e-commerce channels. The second is a leading distributor of commercial drones. Our client provides marketing and design services, software development, and customer support for these companies.

In the Philippines, the team consists of a small, dedicated group focused on digital marketing. This role will be an additional individual contributor member of the team.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As an SEM/PPC Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing accounts such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and Bing Ads. Your duties will include maintaining and optimizing campaigns, conducting analysis, collaborating with other teams, providing reporting updates, and managing marketing promotions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

KPIs

  • Cost per lead
  • Return on ad spend

  • Lead/Manage SEM Accounts on both Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Optimize campaigns to hit Monthly KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Make sure campaigns are well optimized on every areas needed (structure, ad extensions, search terms and others).
  • Maintain regular monitoring and optimization on automated datafeed.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to discover areas for improvements.
  • Lead and Collaborate with other team members in creating requirements for assets such as images and videos.
  • Perform regular reporting updates about the performance of the accounts.
  • Implement marketing promotions across marketing channels.
  • Day-to-day monitoring and management of the accounts.
  • Regular reporting and continuous updating on the performance.
  • Will manage campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Bing.
  • KPIs -cost per lead, return on ad spend.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline, ideally in Marketing, Mathematics and related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience as SEM Manager.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to own the job and go beyond requirements
  • Responsiveness to feedback, willingness to take initiatives and additional responsibilities
  • Good attention to details and results-oriented approach
  • Capacity to handle stressful situations, maintain composure, and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing campaigns for Google, Bing, and Facebook ads

Technical/Analytical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel User, can perform pivot tables and analysis on its own
  • Knowledgeable in Tag Management in GTM (highly preferred)
  • Utilizes Marketing Data Platforms such as GA4 and Merchant Centers (advantageous) and Search Console and Looker Studio (Highly preferred) .
  • Knowledgeable in technical details about datafeed (highly preferred).
  • Can spot check data instantly
  • Understanding in Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) (Advantageous).
  • Knowledgeable in using PMAX (Performance Max Campaigns) – (Advantageous)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ( This can be flexible and discussed further during the interview.)
