ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Project Scheduler requiring a Secret located in San Diego, CA, Honolulu, HI, Vienna VA, Or Remote (From Home). ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the integrated project schedule for a multi-site Marine Corps wireless modernization program, and working alongside the Program Manager and site leads to identify risks, critical paths, and forecasted delivery timelines across Verification Site Surveys (VSS), Engineering Design, and Implementation phases.
As the Project Scheduler you will support a fast-moving team responsible for delivering secure wireless network infrastructure across eight Marine Corps bases, including Camp Pendleton, MCB Hawaii, and MCRD San Diego. You'll interface with the USMC ISTC PMO, ActioNet leadership, and onsite project managers to track schedule progress, coordinate across concurrent workstreams, and support cutover readiness. The work environment is high-paced, collaborative, and mission-focused, backed by a full PMO and engineering team operating from Vienna, VA and Hawaii.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the integrated project schedule in Microsoft Project for all eight Marine Corps sites.
- Track interdependent tasks across Verification Site Survey, Engineering Design, and Implementation phases.
- Coordinate with on-site PMs, wireless engineers, and logistics to ensure accurate resource forecasting and task sequencing.
- Support weekly Program Status Reviews (PSRs), including schedule risk updates, milestone tracking, and deliverable alignment.
- Monitor progress against critical path and alert PMO leadership to delays, conflicts, or dependencies that could impact delivery.
- Assist in NIR and TRR preparations by aligning schedule status with engineering and cutover readiness.
- Use data and real-time field reporting to keep the schedule current and auditable.
- Support ad hoc reporting and what-if scenario analysis to adjust to changing site access or equipment availability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance
- 2+ years experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools to manage multi-site or infrastructure deployments
- Familiarity with wireless infrastructure, engineering lifecycle phases, or IT modernization projects
- Experience supporting Federal programs, ideally within DoD or USMC environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface with both technical teams and government stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with scheduling across multiple delivery orders or phased modernization rollouts
- Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar program portals
- Exposure to wireless networking technologies (e.g., Aruba, Cisco Catalyst switches)
- Prior USMC project support experience, particularly ISTC or MCEN-N modernization efforts
