As part of their continued efforts to stay at the forefront of legal innovation, they are currently seeking a remote Legal AI Specialist to join their team.

About the role:

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Legal AI Specialist for our client to help bridge the gap between legal expertise and artificial intelligence solutions. This role involves leveraging AI tools to support legal research, document review, contract analysis, and case prediction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal processes, hands-on experience with legal tech platforms, and the ability to collaborate with attorneys to implement AI-driven strategies.

Experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Utilize AI-powered legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis) to support case preparation and legal analysis.
  • Assist attorneys with AI-enhanced document review, contract analysis, and drafting support.
  • Train and fine-tune AI systems using legal data to improve accuracy and relevancy.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools that enhance workflow efficiency, legal compliance, and data management.
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to integrate AI platforms with existing case management systems (e.g., Clio, MyCase).
  • Analyze large volumes of legal data to identify trends, predict outcomes, and support litigation strategy.
  • Monitor developments in legal tech and AI regulation to ensure compliance and leverage emerging capabilities.
  • Assist in developing internal training materials and best practices for AI use across the firm.
  • Ensure ethical and secure use of AI technologies in all legal processes.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience working with legal AI tools or in legal tech roles.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems and terminology.
  • Experience with legal research and document review platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, Casetext, Relativity).
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Harvey AI, or other LLM-based legal tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with U.S. law firms is a strong plus.


Position: Legal AI Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global 

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1400 to USD 1800
