They partner with leaders in Autonomous Vehicles (AV), Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Robotics, and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). With delivery centers in the US, Kenya, Cambodia, and Laos, they help clients scale autonomy initiatives with precision and efficiency.

Job Summary
Our client is hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to lead and scale its Autonomy Service Line (AV, ADAS, Robotics, UAVs). Reporting to the COO, this strategic and hands-on role will drive business growth, technical solutioning, and client engagement.

Main Responsibilities

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

  • Design and align autonomy solutions with client needs and internal capabilities.
  • Lead technical discussions, scope problem statements, and define performance targets.
  • Guide pilot projects and support operations with advanced reviews and technical insights.

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Identify and qualify autonomy-related opportunities.
  • Lead RFP/RFI processes, develop pricing models, and drive pre-sales technical efforts.
  • Act as a technical advisor to engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

Client Advocacy & Delivery Support

  • Partner with delivery teams to optimize workflows and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Lead technical workshops and solution ideation sessions for clients.

Main Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, AI/ML operations, or data annotation for AV, ADAS, Robotics, or UAVs.
  • Deep tech Autonomy knowledge in data operations and systems behavior, from the early stage R&D to product deployment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in data annotation techniques, applications, and use cases such as bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation, keypoint annotation, and 3D cloud annotation.
  • Expertise in perception models, sensor technologies (LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, Multi-Sensor Linking), and AV performance evaluation.
