Description

We are hiring remote positions for candidates in the state of Pennsylvania. Pay rate: $12.00/hour

INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
  • Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently
  • Navigate between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Customer service and sales experience a plus but not required.
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services.
  • Must be dependable and reliable to work your scheduled shift that will include weekends.
  • Must be located in the state of Pennsylvania

TRAINING:

  • Product training (Understanding of our client's range of products and services.)
  • Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
  • On-the-job training (Frequently Asked Questions, Job Shadowing, etc.)
  • On-line training

SCHEDULE:

  • This position works both weekend days with two days off during the week 
  • The hours are early afternoon/evenings

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation
  •  Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
  • Three power connections
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
  • Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible.
