Job description

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Military Accessions Branch Lead to join our team. This is a remote position.


This position is contingent on Mod.

What you will be doing:
  • Assist in the analysis, determination, billet alignment and programming for USSF manpower positions and USAF positions supporting the USSF by applying DoDI, DAF, Joint and USSF instructions and policies coupled with performing research, fact-finding, and the use of analytical manpower methods.  The contractor will also perform civilian position reviews and organizational actions to support current and future USSF units and non-units. 
  • Must have prior Department of the Air Force experience as a military or civilian manpower analyst professional and understand joint and sister-service organizational structure.  
  • Understand the functionality of the Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES) as well as gain access to: MilPDS. 
  • Be able to deliver recommendations in a professional format, dictated by the task at hand, within the specified suspense (or sooner if directed) in formats not limited to official email correspondence, bullet background paper, position paper, briefing slides, decision briefing, etc. 

  • What you will need:
  • 10-15 years of experience in office administration, personnel, policy, analysis, MS Office Suite.
  • Prior military Personnel Systems Management (PSM) training/background highly desired and/or background in systems integration/programming, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • BA/BS required.
