Job description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Coordination and Data Assistant.
This role focuses on maintaining and expanding a comprehensive hotel contact and metadata database, primarily through outbound hotel outreach and data entry. The position also supports customer service follow-ups, travel coordination, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and an improved guest experience.

Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years coordinating group travel
  • 1+ years experience supporting multiple executives / C-level teammates
  • Experience with outbound calling at volume, great service level
  • Basic to intermediate Excel/Sheets experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with GMail and slack for internal comms 

Core Tasks:

  • Add and maintain hotel metadata and contact data set for almost every hotel in North America through hotel calling
    • Tasks may sometimes be on-demand and time-sensitive, depending on the need to fill gaps in the product dataset. 
    • The assistant will work through a large list and compile information over an extended period.
    • The primary goal is to complete the project to build out the North America hotel group dataset.
    • There is potential to expand the assistant’s role to support inventory management in other markets after this project is completed.
  • Contact hotel partners when necessary to inquire about unanswered customer requests within their system
  • Improve the product experience for customers by providing additional services like restaurant and activity bookings
  • Perform administration / data entry / reporting work

    • Liaising between executives and teams and coordinating travel arrangements
    • Executive and team travel, meals, logistical planning, and support
    • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Very outgoing and personable in order to be successful in hotel partner discussions
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience contacting North American hotel groups for bookings and updates
