Position Overview

RecruitGo is  seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Accounts Receivable/Collections Lead based in the Philippines to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments related to our software products and services, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to collect overdue payments for software subscriptions and services.
• Review customer accounts to verify billing and payment information, ensuring accuracy.
• Negotiate payment plans and offer flexible solutions to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account updates in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer support, to address and resolve billing issues.
• Stay up-to-date with software product offerings and pricing to answer customer questions accurately.
• Meet or exceed collection goals and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to collections practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering solutions that align with both customer needs and company policies
• Maintain and Reconcile Accounts Receivable Aging.
   

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or finance-related roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain billing issues in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with billing software and customer management systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of subscription-based billing models or SaaS (Software as a Service) is a plus.
