The Opportunity That Awaits You:  
The Medical Education and Event Program Manager will play a critical role in organizing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs and Trade Shows in support of educating urologists on the benefits of the Aquablation therapy procedure and technology. This individual will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally and with Procept’s expanding network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create, schedule and execute a range of medical education program offerings throughout the International Organisation, with primary focus being UK.
 
The Medical Education Programs Manager will be expected to hit the ground running to manage  the logistics and coordination of existing peer-to-peer (P2P) programs. You  must be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment. What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
  • Medical Education Program:
  • •         Lead the design and execution of a world class medical education program.
  • •         Nurture and develop Procept’s KOL network relating to peer-to-peer programs on a recurring basis
  • •         Own events calendar and execute responsively to the needs of the commercial organisation.
  • •         Responsible for all logistics in support of the Company’s medical education and Trade Show program calendar
  • •         Support maintenance and inventory management of the Company’s demonstration equipment
  • •         Maintain the programs calendar and monitor and report event registration regularly
  • •         Assist with the monitoring and reporting of program effectiveness,
  • •         Build strong relationships within sales, marketing, clinical, global commercial learning & development, legal regulatory teams across our matrix organsiation.
  • •         Track KOL activity and invoicing related to peer-to-peer educational programs
  • •         Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance

  • Event Program Manager:
  • •         Assist, plan, organize, and manage various of local and regional trade shows and hands-on labs
  • •         Provide logistics support in the planning and execution of trade shows
  • •         Ensure the timely delivery of materials, booths, and event supplies
  • •         Provide input into event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • •         Manage portable tradeshow equipment request platform
  • •         Oversee booth setup and dismantle, ensuring all materials are organized and in good condition
  • •         Develop event specific marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items
  • •         Create interactive and educational activities within the booth to engage attendees
  • •         Build and manager registration sites for customer engagements
  • •         Create and execute event communications for all assigned projects
  • •         Conduct post event evaluations to measure the success of each event and identify areas of improvement and implement changes for future events
  • •         Willingness to travel to various event location, both domestically and internationally, as needed 60%

  • The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
  •    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  •    5+ years of experience in medical education/ events marketing, with a focus on program coordination and execution
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Products
  • Experience working with in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
    Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
     
    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
