Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive email management and correspondence handling
  • Process and manage patient appointments using user-friendly EMR systems
  • Handle invoicing and basic accounting procedures with attention to detail
  • Implement established client onboarding protocols
  • Manage and optimize social media presence using provided templates and content
  • Format and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Ensure accurate and timely implementation of pre-written content strategy
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
  • Track and report on administrative and social media metrics
  • Coordinate with practice owner on workflow optimizations
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive medical information


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in any industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Experience with basic accounting and invoicing processes
  • Proven ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Comfort with learning new software systems
  • Proficiency in standard office and productivity tools
  • Experience in healthcare or nutrition industry is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
