The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:
The RTX Enterprise Services Organization is seeking a highly experienced technical integration manager skilled at understanding customer business problems, their application systems, and at identifying and implementing optimal digital solutions for quality process harmonization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Quality, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance, and Net-Inspect, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of digital quality solutions. This role requires technical proficiency, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do:
Manage the Intake pipeline for the Quality team in partnership with the Digital Quality Transformation Lead and the Program Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve our customers’ business problems, developing optimal, sustainable, and compliant solutions from Intake through Delivery to Sustainment.
Guide stakeholders on best practices for digital quality management, ensuring alignment with business objectives as the customers prepare for transformation to S4 Hana.
Analyze and document digital business requirements for quality systems, quality process harmonization, and other quality transformation initiatives as intake steps to support solutioning.
Identify and drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and system enhancements.
Deliver valued business outcomes and create competitive advantage through best-in-class design and customer experiences.
Act as a liaison between the business teams and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding and flawless delivery of desired solutions for customer use.
Collaborate with SAP, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance, Net-Inspect, eDX (Data and Analytics), as well as operational and business process SMEs across RTX.
Partner with technical delivery teams throughout RTX and with approved third-party suppliers.
Monitor system performance, respond to incidents and problem reports.
Utilize CORE framework and tools.
Travel possible, up to 10%.
Qualification You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5+ years proven experience working directly with SAP Quality processes, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance Quality Management Suite, with hands-on experience in system implementation and optimization..
5+ years working experience and knowledge of the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize. Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects including change management.
Skilled in preparation of system requirement specifications to support application development including process flow development.
Ability to drive innovation and process efficiency within quality management systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality standards, Supplier Quality, and supporting solutions.
Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to enable quality insights and actionable decision making.
CORE Professional Certification, Certification in SAP, Hexagon/ETQ Reliance, Project Management (PMI PMP, SAFe, Six Sigma).
Experience working with Net-Inspect quality solutions and have excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills with experience using SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Tool Suite, SQL.
Initiative / self-starter: able to execute within strategic vision with motivation and resiliency while being detail oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Understanding of Global Trade policies and how to access support in this key area.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
