We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager, Engineering to lead our team of developers in building innovative, scalable, and AI-optimized digital solutions supporting our enterprise website, one of the most trafficked sites in the world. This role is responsible for overseeing the development of the lifecycle, driving efficiency through automation, and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and product teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to support the organization’s digital transformation goals. 

 

A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM—5:00PM. 

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring high performance and professional growth. 

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of digital platforms, applications, and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability. 

  • Collaborate closely with product management, UX, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. 

  • Establish and enforce best practices in coding, security, and agile methodologies. 

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and ROI. 

  • Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development processes. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field 

  • In-depth knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing 

  • 7 years of related Digital Marketing experience 

  • An additional 4 years (11 total) of progressively responsible relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement. 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-based solutions 

  • Experience with AI-driven development, automation, and DevOps best practices 

  • Proven ability to lead teams in an agile environment and drive cross-functional collaboration 

  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills 

  • Comfortable with leading and engaging a fully remote team

Physical Requirements:
