Job Profile SummaryEssential Functions
· Development of new variance tracking tools and reconciliation processes when necessary
· Reconciliation of posted and unposted cash that arise because of unapplied, or misapplied or mis-posted cash
transactions and journal entries
· Balance and reconcile transactional reconciliations of Third Party Biller balances as assigned
· Have full knowledge the Cash Management revenue cycle functions, including payment processing, deposit
reconciliation, customer service, and follow up on accounts
· Research, propose and/or coordinate resolution of more complex outstanding transactions with Revenue Cycle
and Finance personnel
· Support and train other team members in identifying steps necessary to resolve variances
· Prepare correcting journal entries transactions to clear variances within On-base
· Review of work lists to ensure timely clearing or continuous efforts towards resolution with EMR and ERP data
for the reconciliations
· Participate in problem solving to address issues relating to customer service and regulation issues.
· Support and promote effective working relations and works effectively as part of a department/unit team and
interdepartmentally
· Collaborate with department leadership and business partners to coordinate care with other departments and
promote the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent, required
- Three (3+) years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, required
- Advanced Excel Skills demonstrated analytical and research abilities, required-
· Prefer Oracle Cash Management and Oracle General Ledger experience Three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle insurance follow up or denial management, ·
Associate's degree, preferred
- Three (3) years of work experience in a complex invoice/billing/reconciliation environment
Physical Requirements
· Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing. · Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
· See and read computer monitors and documents.
· Remain sitting or standing for extended periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
· May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Participate and lead special projects, as assigned. Oversee work flow implementation with internal and external partners. Compile and coordinate materials and feedback on special projects. Trains and mentors new associates to the department. Serves as a subject matter expert and resource to answer questions within the department.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required- Three (3) years of experience in revenue cycle insurance follow up or denial management, required- Associate's Degree, preferred- Three (3) years of work experience in a complex invoice/billing/reconciliation environment, preferred- Extensive knowledge of managed care contract interpretation
