Technical Writer

Ready to be a Titan?

We have an open position for a technical writer on the ServiceTitan team. The individual will work on the Aspire Product team, documenting and communicating product updates and features to internal and external audiences.

What you'll do:

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation

• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects at the same time

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of documentation

• Own the creation and maintenance of documentation for specific product features, modules, or components

What you'll need:

• Typically 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field

• Experience creating content for a modern Saas or enterprise platform or similar

• Proficiency in documentation and publishing tools such as Google Office, Document360, Madcap Flare, Contentful

• Understanding of documentation standards, styles, and best practices.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation

• Ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visuals to aid comprehension

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $77,600 USD - $103,800 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
