In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional UX/UI design that balances usability, visual appeal, and business objectives.
  • Make strategic design decisions based on data, user research, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other teams to ensure designs align with business goals.
  • Communicate and advocate for design decisions through compelling storytelling to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion the use of design systems and maintain brand consistency across all products.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Proven experience in a digital product design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing for gaming realms, creator platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with conducting user testing and gathering usability insights from the field.
  • Passion for shaping data-driven design adventures and optimizing through A/B testing.
  • A knack for leveling up user experience – no XP boosts required.
