The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:
The RTX Enterprise Services Organization is seeking a highly experienced technical business systems analyst to support the integration, optimization, and digital harmonization of quality processes and quality management systems. This role will focus on Hexagon/ETQ Reliance, Net-Inspect, SAP Quality, and the transition to S4 Hana, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives. This role requires technical proficiency, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do:
Working with the Quality team, map digital business requirements to technical requirements documents, documented use cases, and process maps to further the ideation through solutioning approach using our business process.
Leverage our peer support teams and processes to design solutions from Intake through Delivery to Sustainment that meet business needs and are compliant with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Guide stakeholders on best practices for digital quality management, ensuring alignment with business objectives as the customers prepare for transformation to S4 Hana.
Identify and drive process improvements through automation, data analytics, and system enhancements. Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement in quality management.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Lead the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
Act as a liaison between the technical teams and our engaged partners to ensure mutual understanding and flawless delivery of desired solutions for customer use.
Collaborate with SAP, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance, Net-Inspect, eDX (Data and Analytics), as well as operational and business process SMEs across RTX.
Partner with technical delivery teams throughout RTX and with approved third-party suppliers.
Monitor system performance, respond to incidents and problem reports.
Utilize CORE framework and tools.
Travel possible, up to 10%.
Qualification You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years’ proven experience working directly with SAP Quality processes, Hexagon/EtQ Reliance Quality Management Suite, with hands-on experience in system implementation and optimization.
5+ years working experience and knowledge of the IT life cycle: Requirements/Analysis, Design, Specification, Code/Configuration, Development Testing, Change Management, Sustain, and Optimize. Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects including change management.
Skilled in preparation of system requirement specifications to support application development including process flow development.
Ability to drive innovation and process efficiency within quality management systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality standards, Supplier Quality, supporting solutions, and experience working with Net-Inspect quality solutions.
Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to enable quality insights and actionable decision making.
CORE Professional Certification, Certification in SAP, Hexagon/ETQ Reliance, Business Analysis (PMI PBA, CBAP, SAFe, Six Sigma).
Initiative / self-starter: able to execute within strategic vision with motivation and resiliency while being detail oriented with the ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with excellent facilitation and strategic thinking skills.
Understanding of Global Trade policies and how to access support in this key area and experience using SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Tool Suite, SQL.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
