About You

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager of Retail Paid Search to join our team and lead strategic initiatives for an enterprise retail account, focusing on execution within retail media networks like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy & Target. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that drive performance and growth across various retail media platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver impactful results.You will deliver reporting, insights and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media plans that align with client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with client goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media networks to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with media strategies and outcomes.
  • Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS   

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid search advertising.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with retail media networks and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy, etc.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proficiency in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
