Job Description
The Product Operations team is looking for a high-caliber individual to help drive the future of our mortgage business. We are expanding rapidly and need exceptional talent as our team and company grow. You will play a pivotal role in driving coordination between the greater tech organization (Product, Engineering, and Data) while serving as the owner of the inner workings that power the Ocrolus machine.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the expert in all things related to mortgage data analysis to drive decisions and recommendations on the future of our product offering.
  • Mine data and test launches of new offerings, working closely with key cross functional stakeholders across our Workforce Operations, Product, Solutions and Engineering teams.
  • Establish best-in-class quality measures to ruthlessly grade the success of initiatives, enabling a hyper-calculated, iterative approach to improvement over time.
  • Regularly scrub and analyze Heap data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Assist in triaging customer requests, addressing errors from our Human in the Loop (HITL) or product issues, and consolidating feedback for product teams.
  • Analyze customer modification data to support product improvements and ensure alignment with business rules.
  • Develop methods to correlate key metrics like usage, ramp, and volume, providing insights to improve customer experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Problem-solving, analytical thinker with a natural inclination and curiosity to improve efficiency and drive outcomes using a data-driven mindset. Ability to identify patterns
    and provide actionable insights.
  • Prior experience working in a tech forward company in a product and / or operations capacity with proven results. Bias towards action, someone that gravitates towards
taking ownership over difficult problems and isn’t satisfied until they’ve been solved.
  • Nice to have: 2+ years of experience in SQL and ability to pull and manipulate data at scale.
  • Experience with mortgage or financial data is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-reliant and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Familiarity with customer support workflows and product feedback processes is a plus.
