About the Role 

Join us at PHM as our newest Manager, Client Services, and leverage your healthcare expertise and leadership skills to lead a team of coordinators and drive operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing both entry-level and senior-level coordinators while ensuring top-tier client service and efficient operations. Your experience in care coordination will be essential as you work closely with clinicians and researchers to optimize client outcomes and streamline processes. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact healthcare delivery and team development in a dynamic and supportive environment. 

How You’ll Spend Your Days 

  • Team Management: Lead and support a team of coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of client service and operational efficiency. 
  • Client Engagement: Directly manage client interactions, ensuring personalized and timely assistance while addressing complex healthcare needs. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians and researchers, coordinating efforts to deliver optimal care solutions and facilitating seamless client engagements. 
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of client services, including scheduling, billing support, and coordination with physician offices and concierge services. 
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and refine processes to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and completion of action items. 
  • Strategic Input: Partner with senior management to contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the client services department. 

 

What You Bring to the Table 

  • Management Experience: 1+ years of experience leading a team, demonstrating leadership, and team development skills. 
  • Healthcare Expertise: 2+ years of care coordination experience 
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service. 
  • Client-Centric Approach: A positive, energetic attitude with a focus on innovative solutions and a commitment to enhancing client experiences. 
  • Technological Proficiency: Highly adept with technology and able to leverage it effectively in managing operations and client interactions. 
  • Educational Background: College degree preferred (BA or BS).

Compensation: The target base salary for this position is $80,000-$90,000.  

 

This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation. 

This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MO, MA, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
