Job Role: Virtual Assistant

Salary Budget: 1,200  - 1,600 AUD / Month

Contract: Independent Contractor

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Role Overview:

As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our leadership team — managing communications, organizing workflows, and helping execute key tasks across departments. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and isn’t afraid to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Emails: Stay on top of the inbox, respond to messages, and flag important ones for the team.
  • Schedule Smarter: Organize meetings, calls, and calendars to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Keep Us Organized: Handle digital files, documents, and basic reports.
  • Support Projects: Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and lend a hand where needed.
  • Assist Customers: Answer basic inquiries and ensure customers feel seen and supported.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or relevant role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or fitness brands is a plus
