  • Quickly learn, evaluate, and apply the most suitable technologies for the task – potentially including low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier), scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python), APIs, databases, or AI tools.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with cross-functional teams in a distributed team environment regarding project status, potential roadblocks, and proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex, often ambiguous business problems, think critically and creatively, and develop robust, practical, and sometimes unconventional solutions.
  • Demonstrated Automation/Engineering Experience: Significant hands-on experience (5+ years) designing, building, deploying, and maintaining automated workflows, system integrations, or software solutions that demonstrably improve business processes.
  • End-to-End Project Execution Capability: Proven ability to independently manage automation projects through the entire lifecycle – from understanding needs and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Rapid Technical Learning & Adaptability: Strong aptitude and proven eagerness to quickly learn, evaluate, and effectively apply new technologies, platforms (low-code, scripting, APIs, etc.), and tools as required by the project needs.
