ICONIC21 is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals;
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships in the iGaming sector;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners;
  • Lead negotiations and close collaborations with potential partners and customers;
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to align business development efforts with the overall company strategy;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt the company’s business strategy;
  • Coordinate and guide a dedicated business development team;
  • Prepare relevant recurring and ad hoc reports and present them to the direct manager and company leadership.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within a content/product provider for casino operators;
  • Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry;
  • Proven ability to create and manage a sales pipeline and drive the negotiation process;
  • Proficient with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other relevant trackers;
  • Strong market research and data analysis skills;
  • Excellent spoken and written English (B2–C1 level).
