NeoGenomics is looking for a Finance Manager wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote with a Monday – Friday day shift.

Position Summary:

As a Commercial Finance Manager role you are responsible for partnering closely with the sales and client engagement teams assisting in quote pricing and SoW sign off. Additionally you will be working with business partners to ensure the price list is both profitable and in line with the market. This position is responsible for managing the selling cost centers for both Pharma and Oncology Data Solutions sales teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and Client Engagement teams, assisting in pricing/discounting quotes, leading monthly funnel review call, and reviewing and approving SoWs
• Maintain Price List from a commercial finance perspective ensuring it is profitable and aligned to market expectations
• Own two selling cost centers from an OpEx perspective: Pharma and Oncology Data Solutions sales teams
• Drive leadership accountability for inventory management through metrics
• Present analytical findings on a periodic basis to leadership team
• Utilize Excel and Tableau to analyze and manipulate complex datasets
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and data analysis
• Assist in annual AOP and 5-year strategic planning projects
• Establish model to evaluate productivity projects and help create a culture of data-based decision making

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting) preferred
• 5+ years of related FP&A experience required
• Highly proficient in Excel with a solid knowledge of data manipulation and model building; and proficient in Tableau
• Proven success working with business partners, with direct commercial support a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
