Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy.
  • Manage lease activities including agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with regulations.
  • Organize remote property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs with local partners.
  • Provide administrative support by drafting correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with budgets and performance analysis.

2.5+ years’ experience in property management, real estate, or related administrative roles—remote experience a plus. Demonstrated initiative and critical thinking—propose improvements and solve problems independently in a remote setting. Proficiency with Notion and GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/property-management tools); strong Microsoft Office skills. Willingness to learn and apply ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) for translation and tenant communication. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for virtual conflict resolution and tenant relations. Preference: graphic design or artistic skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Core responsibilities:

Act as primary tenant contact—address inquiries, resolve concerns, and mediate conflicts with empathy. Manage lease activities (agreements, renewals, terminations) in compliance with policies and regulations. Organize remote property inspections via local partners; prioritize and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Provide remote administrative support: draft correspondence, maintain Notion records, process documents, and assist with budgets and performance analysis. Drive tenant communications and marketing by creating listings; ability to create newsletters or other materials well regarded. Leverage GoHighLevel for workflow automation, lead tracking, and database management; use ChatGPT for translations. Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory changes; update policies and documentation. Download WhatsApp business for phone contact with tenants - number will be provided.
