Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably supporting the SME market Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.). Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills. Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Experience with SEO best practices and implementing SEM campaigns. Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and growing engagement. Strong data analysis skills to measure and improve campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages. A creative mindset with the ability to come up with new ideas to enhance brand presence and event promotion.
Core responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote SME businesses, including email campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Content Creation: Write and design compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials. Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and websites, transforming raw footage into polished, on-brand videos such as reels, product showcases, UGC-style edits, testimonials, and ads, while maintaining a consistent visual style and brand tone. Video Optimisation: Enhance video outputs by adding music, captions, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics, and product highlights, repurposing content into multiple formats for various platforms, and collaborating closely with the marketing and creative team to meet campaign objectives and timelines. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Implement SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote events, increase engagement, and nurture relationships with clients and partners. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports to measure success and optimize strategies. Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, media, and sponsors to promote events and enhance the thought leader’s personal brand. Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining a strong, cohesive brand identity for both the company and personal brand through all digital channels
