Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Business Analyst for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Leverage subject matter knowledge of wealth areas to ensure requirements created for initiatives meet the vision, goals, and objectives of the organization.
Create business analysis artifacts such as process flows, gap analysis, and business requirement documentation.
Multi-task in high pressure situations
Participate in team collaboration to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories.
Provide support to technology and testing teams to ensure functionality is delivered and used correctly.
Assist the creation and review of test plans, test cases, and test results to ensure complete validation.
Develop, maintain, and present project status updates to leadership.
Maintain and prioritize backlog items with collaborators.
Ensure post-production verification of functionality to ensure original vision is realized.
Maintain and prioritize inventory of outstanding defects and enhancements.
Apply an Agile mentality and behavior to effectively collaborate with agile team and stakeholder(s).
Apply problem solving and make critical decisions regarding functionality and priority across operations and project teams with a focus on delivering value.
Requirements:
Domain experience in wealth/investments and financial services
Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
Proficient in the use of relevant software tools, including Jira, Salesforce.com, MS Office Suite
Strong work ethic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and results driven.
Strong written / verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in flow diagrams; architectural and process driven (MIRO, Draw IO, etc).
Ability to read and write queries (SQL, Big Query, JSON, etc).
Understanding of wealth data for transformation, purification and mapping.
Defining functional specifications pertinent to models and diagrams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in a team setting.
