Job Description: We are looking for a senior-level Manager with a strong background in finance and enterprise systems to lead and advise clients on ERP selection, implementation, and optimization projects. This role is ideal for a former CFO, Controller, or Senior Financial Consultant who has external consulting experience, ERP or other enterprise systems knowledge, and hands-on leadership of ERP projects. The ideal candidate is a driver, strategic thinker, and a trusted advisor to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to provide oversight and guidance for ERP or other enterprise software implementations as needed by client.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams (CFOs, CIOs, COOs) throughout the ERP lifecycle.
Conduct business process reviews, gap analyses, and requirements gathering sessions.
Provide strategic guidance on ERP system selection based on organizational needs and our methodology.
Develop project plans, risk management strategies, and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure financial and operational requirements are translated into system functionality.
Manage stakeholder communications and provide executive-level reporting.
Mentor client teams during all phases of projects.
Qualifications:
20+ years of professional experience in finance roles (e.g., CFO, Controller, Senior Financial Consultant).
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial and operational processes.
Direct leadership of at least two full ERP implementations as a project lead, key stakeholder, or consultant.
Previous experience in external consulting environments (preferably mid-sized or large firms) is highly preferred.
