Position Overview

As an e-commerce Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction of our e-commerce initiatives. You will lead the design and implementation of solutions using cutting-edge technologies, including Next.js, React, Node.js, and AWS. Your expertise will enable our team to deliver high-quality, scalable products that meet client expectations while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain technical standards and best development practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure the technical quality of deliverables.

Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and tools that can benefit the team and the project.

Conduct refinement sessions with the team to discuss and clarify technical and functional requirements.

Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Remove impediments that may affect the team's productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

eCommerce experience

Front-end: Next.js & React

Back-end: Node.js

AWS

ContentStack (Headless CMS)

CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)

Microservices Architecture and API design best practices
