Position Overview:

As a Sr UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and impactful designs, ensuring that user needs align with business objectives. Your expertise will guide the development of innovative solutions that elevate our projects, making a significant impact in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user and stakeholder needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user expectations.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and iterate on designs.

Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.

Work with data visualization to present complex information clearly and intuitively.

Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, effectively incorporating feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer.

A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create user-centered designs and innovative solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid understanding of interaction design principles and usability.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

English B2+.

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience in data visualization.
