🔖 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the first stages of the sales funnel by initiating buying processes with creative, multi-channel, multi-persona strategies.
  • Conduct high-quality research and personalized discovery to deeply understand prospect pain points and position TradeLink’s value.
  • Deliver early impact pitches and first discovery presentations as a TradeLink expert.
  • Fully manage your account portfolio, assessing business models, opportunity value, and navigating complex stakeholder structures.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, GTM, and business leaders to drive coordinated strategies and cross-company projects.
  • Champion best practices in pipeline management (SPICED), data quality, clear communication, creative tactics, and impact-driven thinking.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Sales, Business Development) within the logistics industry, with a strong ability to build trust and drive impact.
  • Initial exposure to a tech-driven environment (ideally B2B SaaS), through internships or early career roles — you’re eager to grow at the intersection of technology and industry innovation.
  • Highly analytical, hands-on mindset with a strong drive for ownership and measurable impact.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity to design tailored, multi-channel business development strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and German. Our customer base is German-speaking.
