Who We Are Looking For

We Inspect is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in pipeline management, consultative selling, and high-ticket, high-volume sales. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through our services and helping them take the right next steps in their journey. Your ability to build trust, qualify leads, communicate value, and drive bookings will directly impact our client success and business growth.

📍 Location: Remote position for U.S.-based candidates in EST or CST time zones. Must have a reliable home office.

What You’ll Do
  • Field inbound sales calls from clients across the U.S. and serve as their trusted guide.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and high engagement.
  • Hunt for opportunity within each inquiry, identifying clients best suited for our services.
  • Qualify clients based on their needs, situation, and eligibility for services like in-home inspections.
  • Gather key client information to effectively tailor recommendations.
  • Pitch We Inspect's value proposition by clearly communicating the benefits and solutions we provide.
  • Drive strong conversion rates by turning initial calls into scheduled inspections.
  • Facilitate fast scheduling for in-home inspections, moving leads quickly through the sales process.
  • Own follow-up with unconverted leads through calls, texts, and emails to maximize re-engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM system (PipeDrive) to track all touchpoints and ensure no opportunities are missed.
  • Provide client insights and feedback to internal teams to continually improve our services.
How Your Success Will Be Measured
  • Total Inspection Revenue: Maintaining a consistent, strong average spend per client.
  • Jobs Booked: Direct contribution to booked inspections and revenue growth.
  • Average Deal Size (ADS): Effectively communicating value to clients and minimizing unnecessary discounting.
  • Follow-Up Effectiveness: Executing high-volume, high-quality follow-ups that lead to bookings.
  • Initial Call to Booking %: Building immediate trust and driving action on first consults.
  • Booking Speed: Moving clients from first contact to booked inspections quickly and efficiently.
  • Calls Taken: Responsiveness and balanced lead handling to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Client Satisfaction: Delivering a professional, supportive, and trustworthy experience throughout the sales journey.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C sales and/or client service, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Proven background in sales hunting, pipeline management, and high-volume lead handling.
  • Track record of handling high-ticket, high-volume sales, with proven ability to close efficiently.
  • Experience making 30–40 client calls per day, along with diligent follow-ups via text and email.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, able to deeply understand client needs and articulate solutions.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through, ensuring consistent pipeline progress and conversion.
  • High emotional intelligence, showing empathy and professionalism to build client trust.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred industry experience (1+ year): Home Services, In-Home Residential Sales, Mold Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, HVAC Contracting, or Construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • PipeDrive CRM experience is a plus.

Benefits
  • Salaried, Exempt position
  • The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position range from $100,000 to $120,000, with a base salary between $30,000 and $40,000. The base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
