The Host Sales Manager is responsible for the performance of a group of International Recruitment Specialists to ensure job sales and customer service goals are met in a way that aligns with CIEE's mission and value. The Host Sales Manager is responsible for staff management, sales management, host support and other projects as needed that align with the departmental strategic plans and goals. CIEE is seeking a qualified management professional with excellent time management skills, confidence, and flexibility to join our team!
What you’ll do:
1) Manage a team of International Recruitment Specialists to execute sales plans and meet or exceed sales goals.
2) Develop sales plans for each region, each season.
3) Contribute to placement and hiring services process.
4) Engage in high level sales activities.
5) Build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities.
