Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst with strong CRM expertise and project management skills to enhance our franchise operations. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably within the residential cleaning franchise industry. This role will focus on optimizing CRM systems, improving business processes, and driving key projects to support growth and efficiency.



What you will do:


  • Manage and enhance CRM systems to improve franchise operations, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze business operations, identifying areas for improvement and leveraging CRM data for insights.
  • Assess and streamline franchise operations by integrating automation and CRM-driven solutions.
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Work with data teams to extract actionable insights from CRM and operational data.
  • Work closely with the franchise development and support teams to ensure alignment between corporate and franchisee operations.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials and programs to help franchisees implement process changes and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for business analysis and project management processes within the franchise system.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams (marketing, operations, IT, finance) and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to business analysts or project managers within the organization


What you will bring:

  • 8+ years in Business Analysis & Project Management with a strong focus on CRM systems.
  • Experience in residential cleaning franchises or service-based franchise operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement certifications are a bonus.
  • Experience in franchise operations, particularly in the residential cleaning industry or other service-based franchises.
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Work Location: 

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County
