Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you a passionate digital marketing expert with a knack for project management, client relations, and consumer-facing campaigns? We are seeking a talented Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our esteemed pharmaceutical client to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing campaigns directed at patients, not healthcare providers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of B2C digital campaigns, from planning and execution to measurement and optimization, with a strong focus on email and SMS marketing.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing teams, agency partners, and internal teams. Be proactive in proposing improvements and new ideas to elevate campaign effectiveness.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in automated environments, ensuring timely delivery within project timelines and budgets.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate insightful reports to measure ROI and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Apply hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms to drive innovative campaign strategies. Stay current on trends in B2C digital marketing.

  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve challenges proactively using a data-driven approach to ensure campaign success.



Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2C environments, preferably with experience in consumer brands.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, social media, SEO, and PPC.

Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.

Senior profile with demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and excellent soft skills.

Willingness to occasionally work outside NY hours to accommodate global teams.

Valid documentation and availability to travel occasionally (1–2 times to Spain, 2–4 times to the US annually).
