Our Team is Growing:

Lead a team of Provide Practice Finance Specialists that are responsible for exceeding revenue goals by managing practice owners through the loan process from lead to accepted proposal. Responsible for new business development while adhering to policies and procedures. This role will help team members develop consultative selling skills, calling rhythms, credit acumen, and overall successful playbook behaviors. Responsible for simultaneously meeting established business results and client expectations of self and team.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

A Day in the Life:

  • Oversees a team of inside sales specialists in a centralized work environment to ensure adherence to organizational policy, facilitate credit requests, provide support and direction in the selling efforts.
  • Review and refine processes employed by the team to adopt best practices.
  • Implement a strategy to exceed revenue through sales headcount growth and productivity while creating a compelling vision to align the sales team with the broader company goals.
  • Proactively coach weekly to drive learning and development. Lead the development and implementation of communication channels, standardize team activities and tools, and mentor through standardized training to develop a deep understanding of our value proposition, credit policy, product, and loan origination software.
  • Understand the key factors that impact the business and collaborate internally to develop and implement process improvements and recommend technology and tools.
  • Measure, track, and adjust performance against defined metrics and pipeline management. Implement new initiatives to improve performance of the borrower experience and lifecycle.
  • Assist in resolving complex client-related issues. Identify problems that exist outside normal
  • Monitor compliance issues and ensure that team members attend required meetings and are complying with state and federal regulation, as well as policies and procedures set by the organization.
  • Listen and observe sales calls and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a group of employees with timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback; develop employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth

What our Newest Teammate Will Have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years practice finance experience. Management experience including successful team leadership and development in a sales environment is preferred but not required
  • Proven performer who demonstrates the ability collaborate with cross-functional leadership to mentor both new hires and coach experienced employees
  • Ability to interpret reporting metrics for the team, i.e. proficient in Excel, Business Objects
