Collaborate across teams and functions, translating business objectives into actionable technical strategies and solutions.
Champion best practices in software design, coding, testing, deployment, and observability.

12+ years of experience in Java development (Spring) and distributed systems, with proven experience in technical leadership roles.
Mastery of software architecture principles, including DDD, EDA, modular design, TDD/BDD, and cloud-native patterns.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including designing, deploying, and managing containerized applications at scale.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and deliver in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
Strong experience with legacy system modernization and large-scale system decomposition and integration.
Expertise in database design, deployments, and observability (alerts, metrics).
