The Payroll Tax Analyst plays a key role in performing a wide range of analytical, reporting, and taxation tasks to support the Payroll department. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and a focus on providing outstanding service. The Payroll Tax Analyst assists with all daily payroll tax accounting activities, including, payroll tax reporting and compliance with local, state and federal regulations and balancing local, state, and federal tax reporting returns. Also, responds to questions and special request from employees and regulatory agencies. Research laws and regulations regarding payroll taxes and payroll withholding procedures and works closely with staff to ensure compliance.Job Duties:
