As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be part of one of our multidisciplinary teams where you’ll work closely with architects, product managers, lead engineers and engineering managers. You’ll contribute to the development of high-scale, business-critical backend services that process millions of requests per minute. Develop and maintain high-performance systems and APIs used by millions of users daily.
Work on business-critical backend services that must scale reliably under high load.
Follow best practices in software development, testing, and documentation, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and reliability.
Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, peer reviews, and observability practices.
Analyze and improve observability tooling to help ensure platform visibility and traceability.
Collaborate in a cross-function team of engineers, product managers, and technical lead with end-to-end responsibility for delivery.
Participate in agile development, with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
You have 4+ years of development experience in object-oriented programming using languages such as C# or Java.
Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable code and making thoughtful, well-structured design decisions.
Familiarity with Docker and preferably Kubernetes.
You also have experience writing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of unit and integration tests.
Experience writing distributed applications and working with microservice architecture, with a strong focus on high performance, and scalability.
Experience with observability tools or monitoring systems.
Ability to grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with every stage of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Fluency in English.
