Missions

๐ŸŽฏ Your main goal will be to drive technical pre-sales processes and ensure successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert leads into satisfied customers.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1- Leading Technical Sales Engagements
  • ๐Ÿš€ Conduct technical calls and demos with potential Enterprise customers to showcase n8nโ€™s capabilities.

  • ๐Ÿ”ง Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating how n8n can address their challenges.

  • ๐Ÿ›  Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical solutions with sales strategies.

2- Creating and Managing POCs
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Monitor and guide clients through their POC journey, providing support and insights to maximize their trial experience.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Collect and analyze feedback from POCs to refine the process and improve client onboarding.

3- Building Client Relationships
  • ๐Ÿค Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT Ops and SecOps teams.

  • ๐ŸŒ Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision future use cases and expansion opportunities with n8n.

  • ๐Ÿ’ก Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure long-term client success.

4- Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Work with the sales team to streamline and enhance pre-sales processes.

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support technical sales efforts.

Requirements

Must-have
  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Sales Engineering Experience: You have more than 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS.

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ Excellent Communication Skills: You are a strong communicator who can effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

  • ๐ŸŒ Commercial Acumen: You understand sales processes and can creatively address client needs with technical solutions.

  • ๐Ÿค Relationship Building: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly within IT Ops and SecOps.

  • ๐Ÿ”ง Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding of API integrations, oAuth, and experience with Docker / Kubernetes / Javascript.

  • ๐Ÿš€ Startup Experience: You thrive in fast-paced startup environments.

  • Open to traveling and participating in onboarding with the team in NYC when required.

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Advanced Technical Background: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical training.

  • ๐ŸŒฑ Community Engagement: You are active in tech communities and have experience engaging with open-source projects.
