As a Product Manager at NuWealth (Quilter), you’ll be joining a growing and ambitious Product team. You will be the key link between our customers, stakeholders, and development team. You will own the product backlog, define features, and prioritise the work that delivers maximum value. We care about your development, we will give you the room to grow, the exposure for you to hone your skills and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Plan

● Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and work towards the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

● Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it’s aligned with the product roadmap and that features are prioritised to deliver the most value.

● Lead your own market research, create your own ideas and help define new opportunities.

Create

● Inform design implementation that best supports our customers, with the user’s experience at the centre of every decision.

● Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and regulations are met, while managing expectations and balancing competing priorities.

● Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the development team understands what to build and why.

● Collaborate with the Project Manager and development team to remove disruption and ensure timely delivery of features.

Analyse

● Create surveys, gather feedback and engage directly with customers to learn how to best serve their needs.

● Build and manage analytics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.

● Perform A/B tests and experiments to optimise, understand behaviours and identify new opportunities

About You

You’re an enthusiastic and results-oriented Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities and expressing your opinion. We’re looking for someone with leadership skills, a love for design and a strong intuition.

Skills & Experience

● Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role in product management.

● Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

● Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working closely with development teams.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Experience in Financial technology is a plus.

● Experience working with mobile applications.

● Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
