Job Role: Social Media Manager

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary range: 1,200 - 1,800 AUD/month

Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who The Client Is: The company is based in Sydney offering a premier, six-star experience that exceeds expectations for first-home buyers, homeowners, developers, and investor.

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to develop and manage our online presence. A major part of your role will be producing and publishing YouTube content daily, alongside managing content planning, post scheduling, engagement strategies, and paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Important: Candidates must be able to independently create and edit high-quality content. You will be asked to provide examples or a portfolio of content you have produced. Additionally, candidates must have their own reliable equipment (laptop, editing software).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily video content for YouTube, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and captions) tailored to each platform.
  • Schedule and manage posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Must be proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Pro, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience in video editing, content creation, and repurposing content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
  • Knowledge of paid ad management and performance optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in the property development or real estate industry is a plus.
