Your mission
As a (Senior) Partner Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our partner ecosystem. Whether business or tech collaborations – you create and scale strategic partnerships that drive measurable customer acquisition. From first contact to co-marketing, you lead, negotiate, activate, and turn partnerships into growth engines.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
Own and scale our partner ecosystem – build high-impact business & tech partnerships that bring in qualified leads and new customers
Lead the full lifecycle – from outreach and deal-making to activation, enablement, and long-term success
Shape our partner strategy – develop and evolve a performance-driven partner program aligned with company goals
Drive joint marketing – plan and execute campaigns with partners across channels (landing pages, email, content, co-branded initiatives)
Collaborate cross-functionally – align closely with marketing teams, product, and content to amplify results
Leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, campaign outcomes, and reporting
Your qualification
Proven experience in partner management or business development with clear growth results – ideally in SaaS or digital business
Strong B2B marketing know-how – you know how to build campaigns with and through partners
Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builder
KPI- and performance-driven – you turn data into decisions
Fluent in German (native level) and English (C1+)
You live in Germany.
