Your mission

As a (Senior) Partner Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our partner ecosystem. Whether business or tech collaborations – you create and scale strategic partnerships that drive measurable customer acquisition. From first contact to co-marketing, you lead, negotiate, activate, and turn partnerships into growth engines.


Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Own and scale our partner ecosystem – build high-impact business & tech partnerships that bring in qualified leads and new customers

  • Lead the full lifecycle – from outreach and deal-making to activation, enablement, and long-term success

  • Shape our partner strategy – develop and evolve a performance-driven partner program aligned with company goals

  • Drive joint marketing – plan and execute campaigns with partners across channels (landing pages, email, content, co-branded initiatives)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – align closely with marketing teams, product, and content to amplify results

  • Leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, campaign outcomes, and reporting


Your qualification

  • Proven experience in partner management or business development with clear growth results – ideally in SaaS or digital business

  • Strong B2B marketing know-how – you know how to build campaigns with and through partners

  • Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builder

  • KPI- and performance-driven – you turn data into decisions

  • Fluent in German (native level) and English (C1+)

  • You live in Germany.
