About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring a strategic mindset, creative storytelling, and data-driven approach to the table. You will be responsible for crafting and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive lead generation, boost brand awareness, and establish the company as a trusted voice in the fintech space. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines marketing strategy, digital execution, content creation, and brand management.

Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Dubai Time

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute user-centric marketing strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service) to build cohesive, high-impact campaigns.

  • Leverage data to track marketing performance, refine tactics, and optimize ROI.

  • Drive innovation by implementing cost-effective marketing initiatives that support startup scalability.

Brand Awareness & Content Development

  • Lead brand identity development and ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all channels.

  • Design and manage multi-format content strategies: blogs, videos, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Apply strong visual storytelling to craft impactful creative materials that resonate with target audiences.

  • Oversee website content, UX optimization, and SEO alignment with marketing goals.

  • Explore emerging content formats and media channels to expand reach and engagement.

Digital Presence & Outreach

  • Represent the brand through webinars, industry workshops, and virtual events to expand visibility.

  • Develop professional presentation materials aligned with brand tone and objectives.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email) for lead generation and engagement.

  • Integrate digital and offline marketing initiatives to build a strong, consistent brand presence.
