Requirements:

5+ years of experience working with one or more large technology stacks in one of the following areas:
- system design;
- development;
- DevOps
Proficiency in Russian (fluent speaker) and English (at least B1 level);
Experience in scripting languages (Ruby, Python, etc.);
Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Strong process automation and monitoring skills (Datadog/NewRelic, ELK/Graylog, Jaeger, etc.);
Experience with distributed systems;
Ability to effectively parse and resolve complex technical application problems;
Experience with relational databases;
Product troubleshooting skills, advanced analytical thinking;
Experience with streaming data processing systems and message brokers (Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ, etc.);
Understanding of key Ruby on Rails concepts will be a plus.
