Min 3 years of proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.

Core responsibilities:

Maintain and balance general ledger accounts by reconciling entries. Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and record keeping. Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner. Prepare and submit regular financial statements and reports. Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending. Manage tax payments and coordinate with tax accountants for timely filing. Handle bank deposits and account reconciliations. Maintain confidentiality regarding financial information.
