Job Summary This position is responsible for leading our Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture strategy and setting the technical direction for administrators and developers. You'll shape best practices, mentor administrators, and leverage your advanced understanding of general business operations for design, build, and release of solutions for the organization. You should be willing to get hands on in the development of the system and be comfortable working with a team of administrators and developers.
What You Will Do
Drive Salesforce architecture strategy and technical standards aligned with business objectives
Lead technical analysis and design solutions to support Sales and Marketing processes using native functionality, declarative automations, and advanced solutions (LWC, Apex)
Monitor operational health using reports, dashboards, SOQL/SQL and other relevant tools
Promote data quality within core Sales Cloud objects by supporting integrations and data migrations, and helping to correct data-related issues
Create clear, actionable technical documentation of business processes and supporting systems
Collaborate on general administration of the salesforce ecosystem as needed
Promote a culture of learning and growth through mentorship, teaching, and creation of Salesforce best practices for administrators in the Sales Cloud scrum team
Travel/Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%

Qualifications
What You Will Have
8+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and configuration, demonstrating increasing complexity and expertise
Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce architecture strategy and multi-cloud implementations (e.g. Marketing, Service, Revenue)
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud features, CRM processes, and Salesforce native functionality (flows, permissions, reporting, object model and related functionality), limitations, and best practices
Experience with advanced Sales Cloud features such as Enterprise Territory Management, Opportunity Splits and Teams, Forecasting, and Multicurrency
Experience leading implementation and administration teams, defining standards, and building partnerships across all company levels
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Nice to Haves
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Specialized experience with Marketing Automation and Sales Enablement platforms
Experience with cloud data maintenance applications such DemandTools, Cloudingo, or similar
Experience with object-oriented programming, Apex, and/or LWC
Salesforce certifications - Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.
Experience working with Agile methodology
The posted range for this position is $110,000 - $155,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
