About the Role

Are you an organized, detail-driven leader with a passion for process efficiency and high-quality execution? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring every task is completed on time and with absolute precision? If so, we want you to lead our Listing & Post-Close Team!

As the Listing & Post-Close Team Lead, you’ll oversee a highly active team responsible for supporting real estate agents across the U.S. Your role is crucial in ensuring that listings and post-close transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and with excellent communication. You will drive workflow optimization, foster collaboration, and maintain a strong focus on partner satisfaction through timely, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

·       Leadership & Team Management: Mentor, support, and manage a team of specialists to maintain productivity, accuracy, and professional growth.

·       Workflow Oversight: Develop and refine processes to ensure all tasks are completed on time, with 100% accuracy, and to the highest quality standards.

·       Quality Control: Conduct regular reviews of team output, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring error-free execution.

·       Partner Communication: Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to our partners, ensuring they receive top-tier service and quick responses.

·       Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to improve cross-team coordination and optimize workflows.

·       Process Innovation: Stay updated on industry best practices, continuously refining processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
