Job Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience with formatting and managing documentation within online learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or content management systems (CMS).
  • Interest in health and fitness industry

Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inbound email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to email inquiries accurately, providing clear and concise information.
  • Prioritize and escalate urgent or complex inquiries as necessary.
  • Upload documentation into the online learning system, ensuring proper formatting and organization.
  • Review uploaded documentation to confirm accuracy, quality, and adherence to formatting standards.
  • Ensure all materials in the online learning system are current and up-to-date.
  • Regularly review content on the online learning system to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Identify and report any errors, outdated information, or formatting issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement necessary updates or corrections.
