About the role


We are looking for a go-to-market (GTM) marketing manager to lead product launches, feature releases, and demand generation initiatives. You will create compelling marketing content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive a metrics-driven approach to product marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product launches, feature releases, product positioning, and GTM activities.
  • Create marketing content that clearly communicates our value proposition.
  • Develop and execute post-launch strategies and campaigns to ensure ongoing demand generation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create sales-enabling marketing materials.
  • Research market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer preferences to guide segmentation and targeting.
  • Understand the market and use cases to request and shape content that increases demand.
  • Implement a metrics-driven approach to marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product marketing manager in B2B, SaaS, or hosting industries.
  • Strong analytics skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and similar tools.
  • Expertise in competitor intelligence and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to correlate business, product, and marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with the Web3 industry.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud services or hosting providers.
  • Design and copywriting skills.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis experience.
  • Experience running marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, email marketing platforms, Figma, and WordPress.
