Property Management VA
We are looking for talented property management assistants who will work with our clients, residential and commercial property management companies in the US (Florida, New York, California), to support their leasing, maintenance, and accounting operations. Every LauLau client is unique and we have property management clients ranging from small teams who are looking for resourceful all-rounders to large multi-state property management companies who employ 100+ staff.
Your tasks will depend on the client and their needs, and usually include a combination of the duties below:
- Preparing vacant property listings
- Editing property photos & videos
- Publishing listings on MLS and CRM
- Answering potential tenant inquiries
- Processing new tenant applications
- Conducting tenant background checks
- Managing applicants' special requests
- Issuing lease and renewal agreements
- Monitoring tenants' renter insurance
- Processing maintenance/repair requests
- Coordinating vendors & obtaining quotes
- Recording and re-charging invoices
- Monitoring deposits & rent payments
You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently.
